Kelly’s Landscaping offers a 6-step lawn care fertilizer program where we apply the six steps through out the season as part of a complete program. We treat for weeds at the time of each application as needed provided the temperatures are not outside specs. We take samples of the soil to UConn’s Soil Nutrient Analysis Laboratory every two years to see if amendments such as lime is needed. We then inform you of the results and allow you to decide weather or not to go ahead. Our lawn care fertilization program can greatly improve the appearance of your lawn over the course of a season. A lot of our competitors offer free applications and all sorts of gimmicks. But how is the grub control free when you are charged for the fertilizer that happened to be in the same bag? What good is a free one or two bags of lime application when your soil recommendations call for 125 pounds per 1000 sq ft which means you need 10-30 bags to bring your soil pH back to where grass will thrive? We see our job differently, our desire is to give you what you need at a fair price, not to sell you what you don’t while making you think you got a great deal.
